THE SOUND OF LIFE



Rich Harvest
Rich Harvest is an historical documentary of the 60th Anniversary Celebration for the founding of Evangelize China Fellowship, a Christian organization established in Shanghai, China in 1947. Four events: including "Setting Mission Strategy" in Beijing; "Sharing Mission Vision" in Shanghai; "Mobilizing Believers" in Hong Kong/Macau; and "Thanksgiving to God" in Los Angeles reflected the rich harvest for the last sixty years.





A Lamp to My Feet
A Lamp to My Feet documented the dynamic growth of the Church in China together with the rapid publication of the Bible. 40 million copies of the Bible had been printed during this decade. Four major Bible Exhibitions have been presented in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Atlanta and New York with great cooperation coming from many Chinese and American churches and organizations. As Bishop Ting has said, "The Bible United Us!"




Excitement in Three Cities
Excitement in Three Cities is an historical documentary of the China Bible Exhibition which took place in three major cities in America - Los Angeles, Atlanta and New York. These exciting events in 2006 demonstrated the deep friendship and genuine cooperation between Chinese and Aamerican Christians. All three exhibitions in the United States won the support of Billy Graham, Jimmy Carter, Robert H. Schuller, Michael Chang and many others. It was exciting to witness the printing of 40 million Bibles in China.


The Glorious March
The Glorious March is about the lives of two Chinese cadets in the West Point Military Academy. At the dawn of the 21st century, West Point reflects today's America. New granite and glass buildings stand alongside the ancient grey stone of tradition. The many faces of our diverse nation march in the long gray line. In recent years, more Asian American and Chinese American young people have been chosen West Point as a starting point in their challenging academic career. This documentary shows the new generation of Chinese American stepping into the main stream of America and offering their life-service to their nation.


I Have a Home
I Have a Home is a moving story of a Christian business man who left his good paying job to start an orphanage so that the needy orphans can have a real home with love and parental care. The founding of the Children's Home of Hope at Zhaoxian, Hebei Province, China is a great witness of local Christians who reached out to poverty stricken people in a farming community with harsh weather, rampant disease, food shortage, and limited resources. They provided hope to all.




Hudson/Touching Life with Love
Hudson/Touching Life with Love: Part one "Hudson" tells the story of a Christian couple's journey in adoping four children from China. Mr. & Mrs. Andy Pearce were so excited to be able to adopt a son from China, after they had adopted three daughters. This family demonstrates that there are no boundaries when it comes to love. Their love has given these Chinese children a better future, ultimately changing their lives. Part two "Touching Life with Love" is a sponsorship program of ECF. For 60 long years, ECF has responed to human needs; making a difference in the lives of young people through this program which is a practical way of touching lives. With the love of God and the love of the sponsors, thousands of lives in many countries have been touched and ultimately changed.


Shanghai Praise
Shanghai Praise is a unique historical TV documentary of a famous church in Shanghai which has made meaningful impact in China for over 130 years. It was first started as the Trinity Church by an American missionary in 1874. The name was later changed to Moore Memorial Church in 1900 and again to Muen Church in 1958. Yet, no political, cultural, even religious changes have altered the deep faith and high praise of the people of this church. Truly, it is a miracle in modern China.




Heaven on Earth
Heaven on Earth is a documentary of the largest church in China. There is an saying in China: "Heaven above, Su Hang below." It describes the heavenly beauty of the city of Hangzhou. The recent completion of the magnificient Chong-Yi Church in this beautiful city has created a dynamic attraction - an articulate expression of the true beauty of "Heaven on Earth". It describes the historic development of the biggest church in China today with a seating capacity of over 6,000. When Franklin Graham preached at this church on Mother's Day in 2008, about 12,000 came to the worship service. It is a place where people can come and enjoy a little bit of Heaven on Earth.


Ambassador of Love
Ambassador of Love is a documentary of Dr. Alton A. Gould, a Canadian missionary who went to China after the Second World War and later served in Hong Kong, Macau and the Philippines for many years. His passion to serve, courage to love and power to preach changed thousands of lives in many Asian countries.







Who Holds Tomorrow
Who Holds Tomorrow is a moving story of the dramatic change in James Chu's life due to the sudden discovery of a brain tumor at the peak of his successful profession. He had launched about 1,000 McDonald's restaurants in China and earned the title "The Father of Chinese McDonald's". His miraculous healing led him to establish "The Messengers of Life"; and to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world.





Fruitful Harvest
Fruitful Harvest narrates the exciting growth of a small congregation meeting in a small house in the countryside of China. In just two years, the Sihui Christian Church, with its strong faith in God, practical help from the local government and financial support from overseas believers, built a new church for worship; called a full-time pastor and baptized over 200 new believers. Now, this church has grown from 50 members to 400 in only five short years.




Springtime Forever
Springtime Forever is an exciting and colorful documentary on the development of the Christian churches among the 26 ethnic minority groups in Yunnan which is one of the most beautiful provinces in China. The Gospel was first introduced in 1903 in Kunming. Now known as the Trinity International Church, celebrated Centennial in 2003 with a new eight story building. Today, there are 1,488 churches in Yunnan with about 300,000 Christians believers coming from many ethnic minority groups.



Touching the World with Her Heart
Touching the World with Her Heart presents a glimpse at the early life journey of Miss Xiaohui Ma, China's renowned Erhu virtuoso. Miss Ma is most recognized in the United States for her haunting Erhu duet with renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma in the Oscar-winning movie soundtrack "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". She had performed at the Kennedy Center, the Carnegie Hall and the United Nations. As a Christian musician, Xiaohui Ma has a moving testimony for God's eternal love.



Together We Learn and We Dream
Together We Learn and We Dream is a documentary of the Teaching English Program in China, sponsored by the Education and Culture Foundation in USA since the Open Policy in the 1980s. Hundreds of English teachers, young professionals, university students, and linguistic experts have volunteered their time and effort in these programs. Thousands of teachers and students in China have been benefited by the practical learning experience and the personal friendship offered by people coming from around the world. Together, they bridge cultures through learning and dream for a better future in the global community.
