ABOUT US
Global Communication Center (GCC) was established in year 2001 through the efforts and wisdom of
Dr. Paul Szeto as a subsidiary of Education and Culture Foundation.
After a six months preparation,
a small but effective team was set up under the directorship of John Qu who had directed
many meaningful and popular documentaries in China and have won numerous awards.
